Vincenzo Medica is not simply a architect. And also an photographer, a designer, a videomaker, a set designer, an advertising one, a promoter of events and however an attentive observer of the avant-garde, that places between the originalest characters of the artistic stage Sicilian. Its intense activities, based mainly on the communication, above all in the varied episodes of urban art realized, use every sort of means and materials, things and persons, escaping at theme and stylistic classifications, but always rich of references to different artistic models. Is born at 10 August of 1971 to Catania, always it lived at Noto, except for a ten-year pause to Reggio Calabria, where achieved the degree in Architecture and where began to interest itself also of visual art and theater. It invested all on the Sicily, remaining us and operating us immediately after the degree. After a short collaboration with Luca Ronconi to the Greek Theater of Syracuse, realized from 1998 until today more of 400 small artistic events, collaborating with the greater local founding, and founding also a festival for the artists of the Valley of Noto (Notarte)
