Biography
Paolo Facchinetti was born in Nembro (Bergamo, Italy) in 1953.
His artistic training began at the Accademia Carrara di Belle Arti in Bergamo when he attended Drawing and Anatomy classes with his tutor Mino Marra.
Paolo used also to frequent Cesare Benaglia’s studio and from 1985 to 1989 the Valbrembo Artistic Group which organized engraving, drawing and painting courses.
He’s a polyhedric artist, abstract and figurative painting are two complementary parts of his artistic life.
From 1972 Paolo has shown his works in many personal and collective exhibitions and has taken part in a lot of international artistic shows.
He lives and works in Nembro.
