Biography

After my studies and the diploma in graphic arts I approach the sculpture; I choose clay to make jewels, vases and large sculptures.
Even wood becomes an important material with which I create graphic-three-dimensional works with a strong chromatic impact.
In 2014 I learn to weld; with iron I create works in a very short time, I can immediately transfer ideas and emotions, without waiting times, cooking, drying, I tell what I see and hear, immediately. A tiring and heavy work that leads me to a sense of peace and lightness.
In 2019 I introduce concrete into my research; I work with paper, the idea is to give three-dimensionality to the sign. Cement and paper, two opposite materials that allow me to play with different shapes, colors and thicknesses. The works with wood and paper are part of a series
entitled Trame; in addition to having a graphic content, they summarize moments, changes, phases that
they leave a mark and lead to the research and discovery of new plots.
Unexpected links are instead works made with concrete and wire;
a thread that unites, that intertwines that overlaps that runs parallel, a thread that represents life made up of strong, often unexpected, bonds.
