Biography

is Italian and was born in Varese.
She lives and works in Oltrona Lake, a small fraction of Gavirate, where he practices and develops her artistic activity. In her workshop she teaches courses in ceramics and shares her knowledge with other artists interested in expressing themselves in the same context.
Anna has an innate artistic sensibility, together with a solid technical knowledge, gained in a longstanding working experience in the context of architectural design, by collaborating with architectural firms and interior designers. Initially she was involved in to the decoration of pottery and porcelain; then she attended several courses and eventually she expressed her natural talent, by studying and experimenting with different decorative techniques.
In 1996, reminiscent of sculptural academic, she rediscovered her passion for the subject. Anna begun to work the clay, molding it with skill, and creating ceramic sculptures with a texture of colors that glow and change depending on the light.With the same skill she devoted himself to painting by using the traditional canvas, polystyrene, plastic and also metal, which retrieves them back to life, to create paintings with bas-reliefs and high reliefs, now in bright colors, and then contrasting with softer tones.
Anna says: "My creations are the result of my thought and my mood. I like to treat every particular. Every line or loop must be in harmony with the whole, where the color is the protagonist for the final balance; but at the same time I want to give space to the instinct, the unexpected, let the emotions flow through hand gestures or do leave the fire, so that it can plow and impress the surface, giving freedom to the observers to imagine and draw their own vision ".
Anna has participated in events and competitions by gaining considerable achievement.Her artistic work is present in public and private collections in Italy and abroad.
