Biography

Insu Chae is a visual artist working in different mediums to build the structure of visual language. He studied graphic design in School of Visual Arts in New York, which made him to understand the power of images. He is also exploring the idea of painting and tries to find the point where those two distinctive ideas meet in one picture.
One of his motivations of making art is to bring back the idea of contemplation, which is about to extinct from the majority of people. He believes that it can only be recovered through the images and literature.
