Biography
In 2006 I moved to the UK as I felt a change in my environment was important for my creative growth.
I arrived in England with no language and no money. Since then I have been working in factories and hotels, traveling from city to city.
It took me few years to realize that without art my life is empty.
Eventually, I settled down in Eastbourne, East Sussex, where in 2014 I have been awarded 1st Class BA (Hons) in Art& Design specializing in live performance art at the University of Brighton jointly with Sussex Coast College in Hastings, UK. Now, I continue to explore my passion. Most of my works are live actions and happenings. I am interested in a concept of boredom, mind and body limitations, the audience connection or disconnection. My art investigates moments of what is created when happens very little close to nothing. Under extreme conditions, I like to challenge body, mind, reality and time in order to evoke emotions in the viewers/ audience and myself. Often, by creating an intense atmosphere I provoke emotional reactions of the viewers in order to face my imperfections. I aim to diminish the boundaries between the artists and the viewer and between the viewers’ themselves.Often my work emphasizes a sacrifice and spiritual contemplation which identify my desire to evoke the true self.
