“How to take part in the project”
In order to be involved in this collective project I ask you to send me as many “walks” as you want. The objective of this project is the collection of the greatest number possible of walks within the space of a year and the consequent transformation of them into a long video that will eventually become an installation and a public artwork.
“How to perform the walk”
– Choose the place where you want to walk.
– Position the video camera, the camera or the mobile phone on the ground, controlling through the viewer that the lens is slightly angled upwards in order to show both the floor and the setting.
– REC
– Do the first step in front of the lens.
You can watch my walks at:

You can use any technique you want.
Once you have your walk taped, you can send it at:
walkingvideoproject@gmail.com
Send me another mail as well providing your name, the name of the place where you taped the walk, the reason why you chose that place, and attaching a photo (optional).
You can also upload your video on youtube and send me the link from which I will download it.
Meanwhile, you can follow the progress of the work on youtube.
