Sa Asul o Sa Itim is a collection of oil and mixed media artworks depicting the current state of our marine environment amidst issues such as destructive and overfishing, coastal tourism and infrastructure, mismanagement of fisheries, and water pollution.
This exhibit was featured at Renaissance Gallery in Megamall from May 4 to May 11.
The beneficiary of the exhibit is Eco-Sys Action, an environmental foundation that recently launched a Whale Shark Conservation project in Donsol, Bicol Region.
Artists joining the exhibit are Mike Garcia, Willhen Peneyra, Allan Calingasan and Ezra Reverente.
