From 8 to 15 December , 2013, the cultural association duepuntilab , which operates in the promotion of communication projects and research of the arts, through a culture of innovation and of the language of the avant-garde , the exhibition presents 18 bar 18 by Enzo bar , curated by Marco Testa .
duepuntilab confirms its willingness to promote interaction between the public , the artists and the work of art , proposing Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 18.30 to 20.30 a workshop titled " Repetita iuvant " with the artist Enzo Bar.
From the artist's words : "In 2005 I found and scanned a photographic plate . The photo of a woman with a baby of a few months , my first son and his mother . I discovered my ideal photo . An icon that had itself other pictures, able to change with them, but also to remain immutable . [...] I have started a process of interpretation that continues to this day and which led to different jobs. In 2007 I wanted this process would involve others besides me. "
The project saw the participation of Alberto Masala, Anna Lisei , David Masi Philip Muzii , Giampietro Huber, John the Baptist Ambrosini , Guido Grillini , Irene Monti, Guenzi Luke , Mary Coppola, Maurizio Buttazzo , Monica Nannini , Roman Marzaduri , Sara Baldis , Silla Guerrini, Sophie Martin , Stephen Aspirants, and Vladimiro Pelliciardi .
From the critical text of Marco Testa : "18 BAR 18 is , therefore, a show conceived and designed by Enzo Bar with two souls together autonomous and indivisible; eighteen portraits , made by the same Sbarra , of the eighteen artists who freely interpreted Alma Mater , shooting built in 1992. [...] The show is not designed and conceived as a "summary" of a story or of a path , proposing the retrospective of works created from that image, rather as a commemoration of the natural emancipation of the work by the artist. [...] With refinement , the choice of artists is not closely related to visual art . Poets, writers , set designers , costume designers, designers, graphic designers , restorers, photographers, painters and researchers, nearly as many godfathers and godmothers , are aims to offer the most extensive and different interpretations of that work . An image thus becomes hub of a network of relationships. Alma Mater creates strong relationships between people and the arts , offering a project of the ideal society , where the arts ennoble man because they are able to enhance their opportunities for connection and communication . The exhibition opens on December 8 , emphasizing the model of love for all mothers in a month intimately emotional celebration of the miracle of life.
