"One Picture Museum"
What are the new trends brought by photography apart from the four classical painting types, i.e.: portrait, landscape, still life, and genre? Why did the new technology of 2D images bring changes into the traditional tasks of painting and penetrate into all spheres of our social and private life? The "One Picture Museum" project is aimed at answering these questions.
The exhibition is aimed at displaying the most famous artistic and technical trends of modern photography. To form this exhibition, the organizers selected one picture taken by the leading Russian photographers working in the following manners: "Documentary Press Photography", "Art Photography", "Fashion as a Trend in Advertising Photography", "Travel Photo", "Macro-photography", "Wedding Photography", "Street Photography", "Mobilography", "Architectural Photography", "Underwater Photography", "Aerial Photography", and "Animal Photos".
