My abstract painting Remember has been selected by the jury to win the Runner-Up Award sponsored by GreatArt UK. Winners were announced at the Private View on Wednesday, 3 August 2016, during the opening night of the Summer Art Prize 2016 in Lacey Contemporary Gallery.
I would like to thank the outstanding panel of judges including Art Critic and Writer Tabish Khan, Hospital Club Curator Ali Hillman, and Arts Editor Anna McNay. I also extend my gratitude to the sponsor of the prize I received – the leading supplier of art materials GreatArt UK.
The Summer Art Prize 2016 Finalist Exhibition in Lacey Contemporary Gallery in London is now on and runs from August 3 to 20, 2016. About Artist
Gaya is an award-winning contemporary abstract artist who lives and creates in Toronto. During her emerging artistic career, Gaya has succeeded in many of her endeavors.
