"The kintsugi (金 継 ぎ), literally" repaired with gold ", is a Japanese practice that is the use of gold or silver or liquid lacquer with gold dust for repairing ceramic objects, using the precious metal to weld together the fragments. The practice comes from the idea that imperfection and from a wound can be born an even greater aesthetic perfection and inner. "

Conceal or highlight the history of the reconstruction?
When the uniqueness, the inviolability and sanctity of the whole body are profaned, care must be taken also of the fragments.
Performance investigates meditative and inquiring about the experience of the violation of the body, such as tearing and acceptance of loss.
In search of the overcoming of the western dichotomy of "either whole or broken," the performers create a space that marks the border, inspired by works on paper made by the artist Leonardo Ciofini.
Invite the public to experience the new reorganization of the wound.
