ON THE OCCASION OF THE EXHIBITION 'FROM RENOIR TO TODE' - MIIT TURIN MUSEUM

For the series of meetings "One day at the museum LABORATORI: painting feelings and emotions" The MIIT Museum in Turin hosts the artistic workshops held by Maestro William Tode, former director of the Uffizi Museum in Turin and Casa Vasari, an international artist with exceptional experiences of life, having known and worked side by side with some of the great artists of the '900, including Picasso, Braque, Moore, Guttuso and many others. Also composer and pianist, actor and set designer, William Tode has worked with Luchino Visconti and Vittorio De Sica, Sophia Loren and Maximillian Shell and during the workshops it will also be pleasant to listen to his adventures linked to the Parisian atmosphere of the last century in Hollywood and Cinecittà, with an eye, however, always addressed to the figurative and pictorial art. During the first two days of workshops, William Tode will teach the tricks of water techniques, such as fresco, acrylic, watercolor, as well as crayon, oil and drawing. In the second two days he will dedicate himself to teaching techniques with solvents, such as oil.

Days and Hours: Thursday 15 and Friday 16 / Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 March from 10 to 13 and from 14 to 18.
