A OLGINATE ART EXHIBITION OF MARY AND AGNES MARIA STEFANELLI PILAT
On September 28, at 10:30 am at the Villa Sirtori Olginate (Municipal Library) The Head of Culture, Dr. Paola Viganò opens the exhibition of art by the artists Maria Stefanelli and Agnes Mary Pilat which is entitled: THE SCENT THE EARTH.
The exhibition has already been hosted at the Villa d'Adda di Paderno Puricelli and the Villa di Sesto San Giovanni during the year, it is proposed to develop the theme of Mother Earth as great, as well as producing good fruit, also good valuesR03;R03;, inspiring artists of every age and every aesthetic trend.
In this latest exhibition Stefanelli and Pilat propose a series of works including vases, jewelry, lamps, small sculptures, made R03;R03;with terra cotta, natural or reworked through the ancient oriental technique of Raku, a special glazing that gives objects a luster and a crackle effect, very refined.
In addition to the pottery, the two artists have some paintings which, as well as incorporating the theme of the Earth, its fruits, its colors and flavors, leading to the end of the viewer through a process of social and cultural criticism that, according to the exhibitor, must always be expressed in the work of each artist. And 'in fact also a task to propose a vision of the world of art criticism and unconventional.
The exhibition will remain open until 6 October at the following times:
