open to Italian and foreign artists with no age limits in the following categories
OIL, WATERCOLOR, GRAPHICS, ELAB.COMPUTER AND UNDER 25
REGULATION
Art.1 - HOW 'ENTRY:
To enter the competition you must complete and sign for acceptance the "Attendance Sheet" (attached to this document) to be sent together with the copy of payment of registration fee - the New Artemisia Gallery for postal service – ot e-mail - no later than 20 October 2009 Together with the documentation mentioned above, in order to make its selection of the thirty finalists attach a picture of one or more works, for selected categories, as follows:
• jepeg or pdf file to 300 dpa high resolution, photo paper 15x18 cm high-resolution.. Name of artist last name, a brief biography of art. The work on canvas no larger than 100x100 cm
• For accessions by postal service the date of postmark. To join the e-mail the date of arrival of mail.
Art.2-PRESET: October 20 - the JURA (formed by experts and art critics) evaluated the information received, check with sole opinion, to a maximum of thirty artists finalists. The artists selected will be notified immediately and will send the painting in the gallery by October 30th 2009
Art.3 SHOW AWARD - The thirty works of the finalists, including prizes for the category will be exhibited in Gallery in a show exposition 22 days 5-27 November 2009. The Gallery will provide the opening match of the day, the preparation of advertising material , brochures presenting the artists and to spread the news release to the relevant bodies of the Press and on the Internet. The event will be accompanied by exposure of a banner advertising m 2x2 full names of participants, which will be - emphasized at the balcony of Banc d'Impresa in the city center.
Art.4-AWARDS - Saturday 28 November at 16.00 at the Auditorium of San Sisto Colognola (Bergamo) in the presence of the jury and the city authorities, will host the awards ceremony of the winners of each category (works will be visible in gallery).
5-ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS - The artists participating in the competition accept all the rules of the announcement. The absence of one of the required data will result in exclusion from the competition. The opinion of the jury is final. Any possibility of recourse is excluded. The photographs on paper or CD / DVD or files attached to mail your CV and text sent for participation will not be returned but archived at The New Artemisia Gallery. The competitor expressly authorizes The New Artemisia Gallery in processing personal data under of Law 675/96 ( 'Privacy Act') and subsequent amendments D.lgs. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), also for the inclusion in databases managed by these associations.
Art.6-INFORMATION - The New Artemisia Gallery although the utmost care of the works received and having an alarm system, does not assume, during the period of exposure, no liability for any damage of transport, tampering, fire, theft and other causes such as storage, transport and storage. Artists has left the burden to enter into any insurance

REGISTRATION FEE to participate in the contest to partly cover the cost of secretarial and organization entirely by the gallery, it requires a fee, as in previous editions, Euro 50,00 –
On the occasion of the contest will be prepared the catalogue of works that will be available for sale in the Gallery, to be paid in advance at a cost of 18.00 euros each.
Art.7 - Non-payment of the subscription requires the exclusion of the participant from the competition
