The 16 ALFIERI are representative of Paratissima 16 artists, selected from over 500 members of the 2011.
VIA ALFIERI 16 is a vacant commercial space that, in the spirit of Para, is transformed into a
temporary location to house their collective.
"16 in Via Alfieri Alfieri 16" is not just an exhibition in a showroom is not conventional, but it is an occasion where you want to go back through and the whole experience Paratissima.
From Tuesday 22 to Sunday, May 27 will come to life a project in which temporary and experimental visual art, embedded in a broader context of art, will be accompanied by a full calendar of performances, fashion, music, theater and readings that will make interactive , and lived life on the host site.
A land of encounter and exchange between different creative disciplines, a retrospective art condensed what was and what will Paratissima, which will also give away the opening of the eighth edition of the inscriptions.
Tuesday, May 22 at 16.30, before the inauguration of the event, will the public presentation of data on the 2011 edition of Paratissima. For the second consecutive year the survey was conducted in collaboration with EU-POLIS - Department of Territorial Inter-Polytechnic and University of Turin.
