That’s why Garage Bonci, in Pietrasanta (Tuscany), dedicates exclusively to Photography its second exhibition, Collettiva #1 Garage con Vista – Shots for a Contemporary View, from December the 7th to January the 6th 2013.
Eight International photographers, with eight different and mixed ideas – a kind of synonymous and contrary ensemble -, to show up eight visual approaches to nowadays Image.
Emili Bermùdez, Elisa Bresciani, Geoff Dunlop, Eamonn Farrell, Nicolò Quirico, Giovanni Ricci-Novara, Anna Turina, Allison Welch: a worldwide range of artists, concepts and accents, from Iowa to Ireland to Italy.
Collettiva #1 Garage con Vista – Shots for a Contemporary View brings to Pietrasanta the rare poetry of Emili Bermùdez and the shadow-light of Elisa Bresciani, the metallic installations of Anna Turina and Giovanni Ricci-Novara’s iconoclashism, the gentle nudity of Eamonn Farrell against the twentieth century walls of Nicolò Quirico, the pre-raphaelite farewell of Geoff Dunlop against the powerful (and somehow kitschy) pioneer-lady of Allison Welch.
Collettiva #1 Garage con Vista – Shots for a Contemporary View will be open from December the 7th to January the 6th 2013, Friday to Sunday, 10.30 a.m-1 p.m./4-8 p.m., free entrance.
