Right now, there is a special exhibition of pieces on the theme of gastronomy by the artists who are active in Kyoto as the center of Japanese culture.
Traditional Japanese food, “Washoku” is in the spotlight now as it is designated by UNESCO like an Insatiable (Intangible) Cultural Heritage.
This exhibition is a good occasion to understand deeply Washoku and the Japanese culture itself as that theme is a growing interest also presented at Expo Milano 2015.
During vernissage it will be possible to taste Japanese traditional food and sake.
