On April 21, 2013 in San Giorgio a Cremano in the historic setting of the majestic "Hall of the Foundry" in the eighteenth century Villa Bruno headquarters of the Municipal Administration (Via Horses Bronze, 22) will be the Festival d 'Arte Contemporanea


"THE FORGE ART - SUGGESTIONS AND COLORS"


To organize the event Arteggiando the Association, with the support of the City of St. George has enthusiastically joined the initiative, allowing for ten days the spaces of the historic Villa Bruno, one of the most beautiful Vesuvian villas, long center the city's cultural scene of concerts, events and home to the prestigious "Premio Troisi" for young comedians, the villa also houses the municipal library in 2002 and thus became known by the nickname of "Palace of Culture Vesuviana".
Curator of the event, the architect Jeanne D'Amodio, president of the Association. The exhibition will be presented by the art critic prof. Charles Robert Sciascia.
The evening will be further enhanced by the concert of the "Choir of the Lioness", founded in 1986 by Princess Pignatelli Melina, currently conducted by Carlo Forni which plays an active concert pianist in Italy and abroad. The choir has a repertoire that ranges from polyphonic pieces from the Renaissance to contemporary, classic Neapolitan songs and elaborations of folk songs from different geographical regions, the center of a constant promotional activity, performed especially in occasions of events and opening ceremonies of great cultural . During the opening night the emerging designer Martina Lepore will present his latest creations.


The exhibition will be connected to other events taking place simultaneously in the vast "Hall of Foundry Righetti" heart of the historic place where in 1816 saw the light of the two equestrian statues in bronze, allocated in Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples.
The event will be invited some of the most prestigious art galleries in Naples and San Giorgio.
Each artist invited to participate in a work that will be reviewed by art critic Edward Panetta and then published in the catalog which will be drawn by him and delivered to the artists of the day Finissage.
There will also a section dedicated to photography and sculpture, with works by great masters.

The exhibition, which will last ten days, on any subject, because you want to search, study and analyze the behaviors that lead each artist to express themselves in different ways, so as to enable a new way of enjoying the contemporary world as a new identification and classification of elements iconographic figurative and abstract.
The Vernissage of the exhibition is scheduled on April 21 at 19.00, while the Finishing with the delivery of catalogs is planned for the day on May 1.
The entrance to the exhibition is free. Visiting hours are every day 10/13 - 15/20.00.
