"ART AND FOOD MEET" "Food & Art Abruzzese all to Enjoy"
Exhibitions, Italy, Pescara, 02 February 2015
From Tuesday, February 2, for two months, a dozen "characters pictorial" Artist Alfonso Camplone Pescara, will frame in the local "Arrosticini & Wines". The idea to start this initiative came one evening in the room between Camplone, while savoring the tasty kebabs, and the friendly Mirko Frattarelli owner of the restaurant, with the intention of creating, once again, the synergy between Art & Food. Imaginative blend that is manifested in this "small and friendly local" where the protagonist is the gastronomic Arrosticino ... also called rustell 'or arrustell', simple and exquisite delicacy traditional Abruzzese ... strictly accompanied by slices of bread with extra virgin olive oil (bread 'waves) and bruschetta, meats and cheeses, and the inevitable wine Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, all prepared and served with kindness and courtesy.
So union between the extraordinary gastronomic tradition and the artistic culture of Abruzzo, the distinctive characteristics of our identity not only regionally but nationally and beyond ...
The show surprising and innovative in a sense, will leave patrons literally "open mouth" making him an unforgettable multisensory experience that will delight not only the eye but also the palate.
The painter in Pescara continues to tour its "characters" who, in their composition, chromaticity, material and emotional charge, try to "approach" a visual communication with the user, nell'avvolgerlo and stimulate it, in some way, in his imagination, trying to vibrate the "ropes internal" to open an, albeit small, opening towards the inner life. As written by Antonella Iozzo: "On the canvas the sign seems to be a moment suspended in time, a moment impregnated with wonder, amazement, feeling that evaporates into artistic reality only so the skin of the painting acquires the revolutionary force that leads us to reflect while produces constant reflections on the present. "
This group of "characters pitted" communicating with their silent presence, accompany, without invading the "casual user" who, attracted by satisfying the pleasure of enjoying a culinary product of Abruzzo, is found in "fantastic and colorful" company.
Even this small "initiative represents an excellent opportunity to bring back the art close to the experience of everyday life ... aims to bring, or rather to" restore "the art in one of the places of everyday life." Continue then an exhibition with the landing in that unusual local "host" the "characters" so that they can "accommodate" and, at the same time, be rimirati, maybe appreciated and get a feeling for the user.
