The painter Antonella Magliozzi at Art Paolo Maffei , via Riello, 5 in Padua 1 to 30 April 2014.
" In the works of Antonella Magliozzi color is the main element , vitalizing , life-giving , whether it is its peculiar quality , or some new and unexpected developments in its dispersion on the surface.
The color is treated according to its nature of matter - light, the pigment that only by its mixing with the atmospheric brightness acquires life and vigor. An extremely vibrant color , but also transparent covering , which is not subject to geometric limits but exceeds them and cancel them , a bit ' as happens in some of the last few acrylic paintings by Rothko . This dynamic effect causes a number of elements shimmering color while maintaining their individuality , but with different intensity and hue , acquiring in this way phenomenal characteristics that belong to the school of Gestalt psychology , in the creation of transparencies , overlays , color combinations created by metamorphosis a different combination of pictorial material .
The color is not down on the canvas, and seems to have a life of their own soul and in its informal effect can be interpreted in various ways , going so far as to express the forms of self-generation as if they were sets Mandelbrot fractals .
