The exhibition curated by Marco Savio and entitled "Glue and glitters" intends to present to the public the work of Linda Alborghetti and Marco Bellini.
The pair of artists has worked regularly since 2014, and particularly through the use of different media and techniques expresses the desire to probe the possibilities implicit idea of failure, insecurity and absurdities. The initial stimulus is often re-read in the light of a surprising and ironic dimension of perception. This attitude it expresses the vibrancy of minimal gestures, in the singularity of improbable artifacts and the disarming awe of en- unexpected ntri.
Videos, photographs and site-specific installations act as a non-sense the device, such as a sudden blackout of the usual signification channels; all this seems to offer a decisive contribution to the idea of non-finiteness, volatility and randomness, if not all'insensatezza that distinguishes ours was liquid.
ualuba.org has embarked on a new journey, changing seat and invites everyone to participate in this adventure. Since 2008 is part of the local and international art scene, following the ideas of the artists, transforming visions into reality, through commissions, workshops, exhibitions and meetings.
Initially it was a small media lab on the outskirts of Brescia, founded by artists for artists where to think, do and share in an open community of optics and accessible.
ualuba.org works with the artists, with the community, with schools, producing and presenting works of art time based media and variable media.
Legally recognized as a non-profit, it owes its name to the web domain, a feature that highlights the need to create networks between people, things and ideas.
In 2016, it is an independent publishing house.
