Twenty-one artists in the fifteenth event of the Spirit Lake
Max Bottino, Hede Buehl, Francis Gabet, Klaus Geldmacher, Peter Gilles, Matteo Giammarino, Ferdinand Greek, Birgit Kahle, Gereon Krebber, Vera Molnar, Antonio limb impairments, Vittorio Ranghino, Franco Rasma, Arne Bernd Rhaue, Vera Roehm, Cinzia Ruggeri, Simon Schubert, Peter C. Simon, Fred Simon, Daniel Spoerri, Valerio Tedeschi.
The selected artists are present at the fifteenth international contemporary art exhibition organized by the Spirit Lake Onlus.
The event, which will be inaugurated on July 1, runs until 30 September.
A frame will make the beautiful scenery of Lake Maggiore for three months, "dress" d 'art. The charming and picturesque town of Stresa will host the works at the Space Luparia and Hotel (formerly Lombard), the installations will be displayed instead of the historical cellars of the Borromeo, Isola Bella in the romantic.
The twenty-one artists from different countries will discuss a very topical theme: "Only dead fish follow the current" turns out to be a warning for not slipping nell'ovvietà to avoid the type of mass, not to passively accept the mode of time. The artists, with the full freedom of expression, give free rein to the emotions, shedding as much as possible from any conditioning.
An ambitious project that promoted by Giampiero Zanzi, Birgit Kahle and Peter Gilles that, for fifteen years or so, enhance and sustain the cultural heritage of the place through an event that many people join each year, experts and not always with great enthusiasm.
