Some angles of the Providence become a museum to the open one. The ancient district of Caltanissetta whose big part pours in the I degrade and in the abandonment, it rises to center of the attention of the city because he/she will see the intervention of some artists that for three consecutive days they will work among the people. In effects, some houses of the district by now uninhabited you are been acquired by the Commune that you/he/she has handled to wall up its doors to avoid actions of vandalism and that they became abode of unauthorized or stray animals.I am really some of these walled doors that the intervention of the artists will see invited to this original operation of recovery of the image of the district to constitute signs of creativeness that belong to an itinerary of beauty.The artists, in the days 8, 9 and 10 May next, they will work on the wood panels in the space that was busy from the doors, realizing on the place works that you/they will remain to characterize some spaces of an a little practiced district and that nevertheless it possesses picturesque angles, stradine and suggestive alleys, many of which little inhabited areas,what witnesses and important documents of a historical and anthropological fabric that it has ancient origins are, once animate as all the historical districts of Caltanissetta, you/he/she can be said, up to the years sixty and seventy, period during which the city has started to expand in the new outskirts that you/they have seen the birth of the new condominiums that they will change of it and they will widen the face.
The path leading to the discovery of painted doors, and revised, can be reached from Scalinata Testasecca, overlooking the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, to reach to the staircase that descends to the middle height of the via XX Settembre.
Just in the space around the garden that has been placed in the square between Via Mazzini and Via Gioberti is located most of the ports on which the intervention will be realized artistic. The artists involved are known appearances in Sicily and in Italy. Angelo Genova (Crazy One) and Giulio Gebbia (Rosko) conducting a search of a hyper Street near the Art; Calogero Barba, suspended between research and writing figurative side, Maria Pia Matraxia with its synthetic ceramics and original rich color, Marco Bruno, which assembles detailed paper cutouts that reveal a view that writing becomes weaving.
