11 days of international contemporary art
50 artists, 11 curators, 15 countries present, 35 events, 5 national pavillion, 5 international contemporary projects, 5 art stays projects, more than 15 different spaces and galleries involved, 10-day residency working sessions and a calendar of 4 weeks of exhibitions, all for one big event program. These are the numbers of ART STAYS’s new edition for ART PTUJ 2010!
Curated by Jernej Forbici, ART STAYS, International festival of Contemporary Art will join together in its program multimedia exhibitions, performances, conferences, public events and site specific works, lectures, laboratories and other interesting appointments in the city of Ptuj. It is an honour to have important artists and curators from the international cultural scene. Their support and participation will significantly strengthen ART STAYS, International festival of Contemporary Art and its scope to be the most important contemporary art event in the region, thanks also to new open projects and by great collaboration of more than 30 public and privat Slovenian and European Istitutions
