ART. 1 - Goal
The contemporary Gioiellodentro Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Padua, organizes the exhibition "The BODY SPEAKS" aimed at promoting and enhancing the Art of Jewellery and Contemporary photography.
The Exhibition will be staged in a major group exhibition in GALLERY Samona 'of Padua – Italy - from October 12 to November 11, 2012.
The exhibition will make 'included in the RAM, which stands for artistic pursuits metropolitan
The Ram is a specific Format that gives voice and enhances the production of contemporary art through exhibitions, performances, screenings, meetings and study days, workshops, educational tours.
ART. 2 – Techniques
The exhibition is open to all artists, without any limit of age, sex, nationality or other qualifications each artist can participate with one artwork.
Jewellery art - works created with any material.
Photographic art – color and b/w analog photos, color and b/w digital photos, color and b/w digital elaborations. The maximum size allowed for each work is 1 m per side.
ART. 3 - Theme
The theme of the exhibition, the body, represented by a pure image, devoid of any feelings, to let the parties that form the body express their power to become the protagonists of the work. Exchange, reflection, creation: BODY TALK. In the century of doping, tricks, technology, exasperated, the earthquake's physical identity and mutation of the twenty-first century, we tend to see the body as a machine. What we like about this machine, which has undergone any kind of tampering, and reflects the desire to be in the language of the field. And it is through matter that this exhibition will dialogue with the viewer, the works sparse, conceptual, and they will enter the sensory world of the artist to create new experiences where participatory hearing, smell and taste will be involved
ART. 4 - The Jury
The selection of the artworks will be made by: Curators of the exhibition Francesca Canapa , Dave Gelder, with the Scientific Commission.
ART. 5 - Award
Transport costs and any insurance of the works will be on charge of Artists.
The works will remain property of the Artists.
Will be borne by the Association Contemporary Gioiellodentro only the making of a section within the site of the exhibition, in which you will publish the winning works and information about the exhibition.
ART. 6 - Registration Fee
The fee to partially cover the costs of organization, is 50.00 euros for 1 candidate work, to be paid on confirmation of the selections, if the payment is not made on time, the artist will be excluded from the exhibition. The registration fee is not refundable

Any artist interested in shows, to participate must simply send:

September 12, 2012 will be communicated to all participating artists, the names of the artists selected
September 13, 2012, the artists will be selected to make the payment and send an email with the receipt of payment made by the same date indicated for payment. Will be downgraded automatically excluded from the exhibition and the artists who do not comply with the payment.
Sept. 17 deadline to send the works of selected artists will be the postmark.

ART. 8 - Liability
The Association of Contemporary Gioiellodentro while ensuring the utmost care and custody of the works, disclaims any responsibility for any theft, fire or damage of any nature, the works and person, which can occur during all stages of the event.
Any insurance claim must be signed by the Artists. We invite artists to keep abreast of developments in the exhibition, which will be regularly published on the site www.gioiellodentro.it.
The organization will send to all subscribers to the mailing list the relevant communication and any changes that were made to this announcement. It is recommended to provide a real e-mail, add their address book in the mail info@gioiellodentro.it and consult it daily.
ART. 9 - Consent
The Jury's decisions are irrevocable. The selected artists have the right to give up without asking the association to show contemporary Gioiellodentro any kind of compensation. Each candidate gives contemporary Gioiellodentro association rights of reproduction of works and texts for the archive of acceptances and commercial communication of works on the website and other forms of communication and organization activities. each candidate
expressly authorizes the Association Gioiellodentro contemporary, as well as their direct representatives, to treat personal data transmitted pursuant to Law 675/96 ('Privacy Act') and subsequent amendments
Leg. 196/2003 (Privacy Code), also for inclusion in databases and website. Participation in the Festival implies understanding and total acceptance of these Regulations.
