MONUMENT "ORGAN DONOR"

The sculptor Omar Salvagno and the Italian Association of Organ Donor, municipal group of Viareggio, invite everyone to unveiling of the monument dedicated "ORGAN DONOR", which will be held in the square organ donors of Viareggio, for Saturday, November 9 at 10:00 am, in the presence of elementary school children, Dr Buzzigoli and Dr Landi, with the testimony of a citizen transplanted, with the representation of the civil, military and religious autority.

The monument, depicting the Pelican, mascotte of the association (bronze on a stele placed in white marble from Carrara), is a project created by Knight Omar Salvagno with the Artistic Foundry Massimo Da Prato, the Campologhi S.A., the Fenice of E.Bichi, the Building Enterprise of Massimo Artigiani, under the supervision of Surveyors Genovali and Pasquini, and with the logistical support of the C.I.E.M. and the League Masters d ' ax and Caulk the dock, all sponsored by the Lions Club Viareggio - Riviera .

Master Omar Salvagno thank Mrs Maria Pia Paradisi , promoter of the monument, Mr Luciano Tassara, Mr. Saverio Barbato, Mr Adriano Iacopetti and Mr Marco Salvetti, the President AIDO Mr. Alberto Indelitali, Mr Enrico Cruciani, craftsmen and owners of companies involved in the construction of this joyous work.
