The Matterhorn, seen from Zermatt, in its majestic pyramid is strong suggestion of tension towards the infinite.
It's the perfect mountain with its 4487 mt., thanks to the four main walls oriented along the cardinal points: that looks at North Zermatt, Gorner glacier on the east, the South dominates Breuil-Cervinia and the West is facing Dent d'Herens.
Verticality and vertigo are the feelings that evokes the giant: the light makes it clearly perceive the true force.
