THE 'DANTE ALIGHIERI AWARD -ARS GRATIA ARTIS -CUM SUMMA LAUDE” is promoted and organized by the non-profit Cultural and Art Association QUEENARTSTUDIO CENTRO CULTURALE ARTISTICO INTERNAZIONALE of Padua. Our association is always available to discussion,to meeting, to support of art, culture, artists, of creativity and of experimentation, in search of an art which is accessible to everybody. Purpose of this event is meaningful, it aims to improve talent and creativity of young artists and, at the same time the route of established artists course, as well as of galleries, of organizations and associations that are known in this sector in such a period where physical enjoyment and movement for visit is more difficult.
NEW INVISIBLE borders caused by COVID-19 have created new ways of living daily routine, new human connections, reconsidering common spaces and whole cities. Today these new edges represent our push to let us be inspired by this new era and to transform and evolve our world in an alternative direction.
On the basis of this new attitude and situation, we have decided to show ART IN A 3D GALLERY, AN ON-LINE MUSEUM, for a CONTEMPORARY INTERACTIVE AND INTERNATIONAL EXPO where we are able to bring Works of our artists all over the world thanks to Internet. It is about a unique and exciting project based on a completely new communication method in matter of Art Galleries : a real 3D space accessible to everybody. Halls and works of art are completely interactive and offer an original, pleasant and amazing choice to the real visit. In case you want to investigate, you can select a Work, click on it and find all necessary news both on the Work and on the Artist. The Expo includes two-dimensional artifacts ( such as paints, pictures and posters), three-dimensional artifacts ( such as sculptures or small installations) and streaming videos, brochures to download, etc.
THE AWARD we have decided to introduce in this scenario includes an IMPORTANT RECOGNITION TO PERSONAL MERIT. As Award’s name, we have chosen DANTE ALIGHIERI’s one:the supreme poet, whose VIIth centenary of his death falls in 2021 , was also a great person of letters of his time and a politician. Just for his political career he was oblie in 1302 to leave Florence forever. His difficult banishment, during which Dante composed Divine Comedy, also brought him to Veneto also in our city of Padua. while wandering, city founded by Antenore according to tradition
