Sentieri di terra / ORTO-grafie
Exhibitions, Italy, Bergamo, 29 July 2011
Dirt tracks / ORTHO-graphs is a story made up of images of a small vegetable garden, a tribute to the peasant culture so dear to our grandparents. The garden invites you to discover the theme of time and the slow passing of the seasons.

The photo exhibition was staged at the Refuge Curò (Valbondione - www.antoniocuro.it).
The project comes within the 'CREATIVE PATHS "the new project, the Councillor for Education, Sport, Leisure and Youth Policy and the CAI Bergamo, with the participation of" L'Eco di Bergamo "of" Orobie ".

An innovative and challenging project, a collaboration that began last year between the City of Bergamo and CAI, which was recorded by a separate memorandum of understanding aimed at creating specific initiatives that combine the love and knowledge of the mountain heritage of Bergamo educational values R03;R03;that are related to the practice of the mountain and some of the characteristics that distinguish the younger generation: the freshness of language, originality, creativity. Creative paths is therefore raises the ambitious objective of achieving a mix of young artists and arts projects implemented directly by the mountain at high altitude along the trails and in the shelters Orobie Bergamo.
The passage of the project, which began several months ago, now enters into the heart with the realization of works and installations, all for this edition dedicated to "slow", a theme closely related to the attendance of the mountain. Following the open call for the collection of proposals for young artists and creatives under 30, a committee has selected eight proposals for art and, in collaboration with artists and young people according to their needs, has defined the location, combining to each at least one of them refuge Orobie. Almost all the works (exhibitions, performances or installations) will be visible from directly Sunday, July 10 at high altitude. Two of them will instead be made in the following weeks (one from the other from July 15 August 25).
The creations of young artists will accompany enthusiasts, hikers and tourists throughout the summer, until Sept. 19, helping to make even more interesting and full of surprises along the hiking trails of the mountains. With the aim of enhancing the artistic projects, Creative Paths provides a schedule of presentations of the works directly to the shelters, from the voice of young artists who designed and then implemented, and that will unfold from 8 July until 20 August. An opportunity to learn directly in shelters, on this occasion that become art galleries in the mountains, not only a gathering place for socializing and for lovers of the mountain, but a significant garrison culture that looks at young people with special interest.
