Karte is a project where a set of artistic elements and high quality artisanal production coexist to fulfil the demands of collectors in the global market.
A collection of serigraphs and lithographs is the result of collaboration between a renowned professional printer with great exponents of Italian modern art ,giving them the chance to produce work in a new medium but capturing the artistic essence of their work.
We can define this as “Pret’Artè”. A relatively inexpensive and simple way to have the possibility to obtain an art work from artists of stature.
The productions are proofed, checked, numbered and signed directly by the artists. They are all in limited editions
Alfio Presotto, Monica Maffei, Claudia Giraudo and Ezio Ranaldi have had a favourable response from both critics and the market; furthermore Angelo Accardi and Luca Giovagnoli have participated at the 54° Biennale di Venezia to critical acclaim.
Totally new is also sculpture by Vito Moccia who has created “multiple originals” working in terracotta.
