Longing Belinging

Primarily, my work, with a strong connection with the Iranian heritage, became my major medium of expression. However, my experiences of other cultures have diversified and complicated my sense of identity and my work’s content and style. This exhibition intends to reflect the multiple influences on my work during the last fifteen years. Having searched enough through the baggage of my diverse cultural heritage and experiences, I hope to have extracted essential knowledge and skills for my future creative journey.
