Prize calls, Italy, Palermo, 28 January 2012
Pier Callegarini, from more than 1000 nominated artists, has been selected among the 30 finalists of the 1st Effetto Arte Prize, sponsored by the magazine Effetto Arte and Centro Diffusione Arte of Palermo.
The award ceremony, and the related exhibition of the selected works was held on January 28 at Villa Malfitano Whitaker, impressive building located in the heart of Palermo.
Callegarini participated with his work "Emergere", made with the Tripled technique, which struck and thrilled audience and critics.
