MAD-contemporary art exhibition curated by Fabio D'Achille, in collaboration with the Department of Culture back to exhibit in place institutional Palace of Culture with a complex artistic project.
In fact at the seventh edition of the Season of Dance "City of Latina", Teatro D'Annunzio, the city opens the stage for dance and art exhibitions MAD opens at 5 in the Hall of the Municipal Gallery of Modern Art Gallery and Contemporary America.
Opens the "dance" that exposes the artist Gavino Crispo since Sunday 29 November to 16 December.
It starts Sunday and then after "Carmen" Ballet of the South at 17.30 and 19.00 at the vernissage of MAD with "enigmatic portraits of characters escaping from reality pure pictorial representation of the classic, full of questions and are able to send questions to the viewer. Gavino's painting "Crispo (works from 1981 to 2009) is an account which give direction, is subject to be interpreted from tracks and special recognizable on intense chromatic texture of his paintings. Its landscape draws from representative frames of experience and tends to stop briefly, notes of an unforgettable performance that "questions" and then gets the story. Just looking at his work, we realize that the subjects of his paintings are always set at a time that we looking for, then become action, reflection. People as a pretext, investigation of the self, inner essence ... which give their authorship in the style of characters in search of an author. Besides the special color effect and impact visual image viewer the paintings of this artist is often the writing - a lettering (say an advertiser). Lexicon grasped in its essence that flows, or rather stands emerge between color and image in the pictorial space. "
Gavino Crispus was born in Cicciano (Naples) in 1952. After completing his studies at the Art Institute of Naples in 1970 he attended the Academy of Fine Arts of the same city. In 1975 he worked as art director at major advertising agencies in the Veneto. In 1985 he taught Art Education in the Veneto alternating solo exhibitions in Italy and abroad until the '90s. Resident in Latin America for some years.

Every show of the Season of Dance to be held at the Teatro D'Annunzio will be accompanied by an exhibition event in collaboration with MAD (Music Art Dance) in Hall 5 of the Municipal Art Gallery Civic Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art. Mad is a contemporary art exhibition that aims to breed various forms of expression.
