From this breech the artist Silvia Verni wants to leave again, questioning the man about how the woman plays an important role in everyday life. Representing she at best, with the utmost artistic expression of the drawing, the artist's great colourist outline with an impeccable chromatic contrast all possible nuances that the human eye can perceive. Women portrayed have a hidden sensibility: they are dancers, femmes fatales, naughty, informal and passionate. To charactere them is the apotheosis of colors and shades that surround all the space of the canvas, metaphoric flurry of feelings, well known characteristic of women.
But at the same time the artist uses an optical system variable and very interesting: she is with us in an esotopica position, i.e. her women don't look neither we nor the artist in a perspective camera. The works in this sense are never "finished", since their completion manifests itself only in the act of receiving. At the behest of the artist, in fact, are we users to have an important role in imagining the faces of its women, causing them to get into our intimacy daily and giving them a familiar face: a mother, a daughter, a girlfriend. We become unconsciously real "voyeur". We observe without being observed, spying with curious eye of each action figure, unarmed and thoughtful.
Silvia Verni paints without minimally interfering with the space of the picture; the ingenious invention of make us grow fond to the faces in his paintings creates a moment of reflection on how is faceted the soul of a woman in the eyes of a man. No wonder then discover a psychological bond which binds the artist to her paintings: she knows very well what it means to be a woman, even she defies her fears and joys (which are sublimated in the canvas), each color that it uses is not trivial but is the fruit of his emotions. There is nothing that can make she feel good and safe as art. The study that the artist apply about the titles of his works is proof of how important it is for her to make clear his thoughts.
Satisfied and purposeful the gallerist Eugenio Santoro when he says that, after the exhibition that the artist kept in his Home gallery in December 2012, this is the right continuation of his career. Not only for the wide audience of collectors who can take advantage and buy his paintings, but also for the artistic maturity of the same Verni, who in less than a year has managed to tie with the right harmony figures and senses.
Silvia Verni is the prototype of the artist thanks to her art manages to combine human consciences: each canvas breathes history its unique. The canvases breathe energy given off by the colors. The Verni is like a good detective who find the missing key, the overwhelming evidence that art is woman.
