I would like to give some more information about my painting "Queen of Flowers", which is also the first painting of the series Queens of Flowers.
I began the painting "Queen of Flowers" in 2013 and I finished it only some months ago! Or maybe it is not yet finished.. who knows ;-)
It is painted with oil on wood with the classic academic technique.
The model is a beautiful girl
The dimensions are 40 x 50 cm.
From that may 2013 I never stopped painting queens of flowers.. and now my studio in Montalcino is full with these beautiful creatures!
I began to paint it in may 2013.. after having painted two beautiful still lives with ancient roses, one on dark background and one on white background. I loved so much to paint flowers that I felt I wanted to go on.. I felt that something important was happened.. and so it was.. from that moment on I never stopped painting flowers.. Now I paint flowers in still lives and in more complex subjects like the queens of flowers..
