To deal with art and approaching it are the first basic steps that every artist in his research must address.
To approach the various forms of artistic expression and to bring it into line for us, may often be a difficult but necessary challenge to us, when we place ourselves in front of an collective exhibition, in which different artists and their different visual languages interact, feel and live art together. The artwork reflects the individual expression of a general feeling, is influenced by the development of society, it is written with emotion, with the purposefulness and necessity to express one’s personal mood or an act of social protest.
The artists work, in the widest sense of the word, seems determined and influenced by traces of the past and despite the effort to decrypt and classify the artistic genre, we notice a continuous development of research, interweaving of styles and ways of expression, techniques, new messages and ideologies, through which the present age - "the Today" – communicates in a constantly changing and recurring visual language through abstraction and concept and their return to form and image.
"BA CONTEMPORARY" is a project, a melting pot for artists from around the world who work in a variety of artistic disciplines. It is a revolving way in compliance with the previous exhibitions and projects of association “BIENNALE AUSTRIA - Verein zur Förderung zeitgenössischer KünstlerInnen” with the intention to appear in various European cities.
The new project enriched by basic elements as well as by a selection of different, new artistic and professional expressions has set itself the aim to send a perpetuating exhibition project through new partnerships on a global journey.
