Viewing flowers in the spring....
it's a bit ambiguous, the meaning of flowers -
there are flower tattoos on girls, petals everywhere, and girls themselves are flowers, too.
"Enjoying the moon as fall comes" is the pair of this.
They blossom in spring, then say goodbye and leave in fall.
