The title is taken from the Japanese proverb: Nanakorobi yaoki. / Fall seven times and stand up eight.
There is a gnarly white tree with a dry crown in a Japanese garden where the eyes of a cat (is said to have nine / seven lives) will take care that makes the tree and the garden flourish in colours of cherry blossoms again.
