Mancata Comunicazione

My work wants to put the attention on contemporary man. Men portrayed are men-shadow. They are strong and anonymous like a shadow. Without identity, they taken out of context where they are. Men are side by side, but they live one’s independence. The distance, is confirmed by the gap of two cloths that compose the work.
They represented the contemporary man’s condition, he hasn’t time to stop and to interact. The man on right reads the newspaper and he doesn’t see the man sits near him. The other man remains closed in his world. Today people communicate to poles apart, but the great contradiction is that they don’t interact with people near them. The two men represented are shadows of today: near, but far.
