A project that starts from a reading of "contemporary space" what then passed to the gym for some considerations on our human condition. A physical place but also a place for the soul, if it is true that, as I have always believed that people have to create a place and not the other way.
So I felt even in an environment like the gym, authentic shrine of hedonism, devoted to the care of one's self, to "surprise" itself contains many stories as there are persons who supply it; stories on life, pain, suffering.
With this in mind I have represented this reflection, which seeks to reposition the individual as a "form and substance" in the middle of stories that unfold in places seemingly devoid of humanity.
The classic gym exercises are revised, and the resulting movement is given a tension not only physical: in this way the pull-ups, rather than exercises for the abdominals, not only physical movements become an end in itself, but acts that symbolically recall another real "crucifixion" of the soul. Training, the title of the project.
