Inspired by her 30"x30" group show Ghaf gallery a recent exhibit in UAE curated by Summayyah Suwaldi and artistic research visit Canadian Artist Karen Colville was deeply moved, touched and inspired by a chance meeting with the Crown Prince of AbuDhabi.Karen is developing a new series of works east west as a work in progress inspired by the Islamic embroidery exhibit in Abu Dhabi curated by H.H.Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nayhan,UAE turning this portrait into an advanced modern mixed media and fibre art collection.
