Digital Photography, Human figure, Digital, 90x120cm

The photography plays on the brain with precision skin. Made a tactile feel which allows the soft and bloody body of an exposed without any protection. The brain is shown in all its shocking delicacy and fragility, leading to understand how the need to be hidden and protected from sinking in the fact of performing functions vital. The choice of an animal brain, also dictated by ethical reasons, the discussion moves to the vital consideration that the higher human cognitive abilities should not be used to overwhelm and subjugate other living beings, but manage to balance the relationship between the different especially in respect of the characteristics of everyone. Therefore, the gesture of offering a gift in the brain, turns into a sort of revelation. Show to assert that there seems to have become necessary action, as it may be violent and provocative. So it becomes a disturbing brain was presented as a helpless and inanimate object. A vision that inspires confusion, recalling how what we face is the seat of thought and the very symbol of life.

profondo e asettico.
