Walking around in streets of New York in 2006, I started taking pictures.
This was the beginning of "Meeting People", a journey of encounters between the faces hidden behind the doors & doorbells and those observing them.
The heart of the project is created by collage creations and acrylic painting on canvas on which the pictures are printed.
The wide red surfaces are loaded with strength, also thanks to the collage creations which give thickness to the subject.
Colors assume the symbolic character representing the composition's fulcrum.
