Silvia Giusti, in her "Toy child"s freezes on colorful canvases a contemporary and fast humanity, that is dynamic and in a continuous, rapid movement, and that she expresses pictorically by the means of a global popular culture where illustration meets strip cartoon, paint-brush hybridizes software , graphic art and advertising image. Repertoires, situations and people that flow in a multidirectional way and stop in Silvia’s works, who crystallizes with an essential and synthetic stroke her "toy child"; drawing and sampling of minute identities, homologated and massed. Since the beginning the road, the network, with their visual and relational luggage, are the places elected by the artist for a research aimed at the reception, the reply and the spreading; ready to sail through painted images, objects, postcards and stickers, outside conventional Artistic circuits, in a quick and invasive way. But now Silvia Giusti, for a moment, has stopped and goes on striking. Stories arise from these Toy's biographical paths,, existential grafts that articulate common and ordinary tales, at the edge of banality. [...]
