It is a representation of modern overwelming mankind mentality. Nowaday everybody tramples everybody to get its objective. We can see this behaviour in every step of society: either single private person or governmet.
This sculpture is part of ”the shoes with brain inside” that’s the representation of a person in full possession of his/her faculties but who behaves foolishly. The brain is inside a shoe: it is not where it should work.
In Italy we use to say ”you reason with your feet” when a person behaves foolishly: the idea of this kind of operas started from this expression.
