Death of a spider
Performance ”Death of a spider” is representing the relationship between the man and his mind in the contemporary society.
A ballerina in front of the audience of brain-spiders is playing her mind with a file as it was a violin, by the notes of the melody of the violin concert. She plays until her whole brain is filed down to the red powder. When the ballerina leaves the scene it remains the installation of her gesture that spiders continue to watch: ironical setting of the female body created in the media, where intelligence disappears behind an empty and cruel esthetics.
