TV-on first catches your attention when entering the room, and the viewer embodies the meaning of this piece of art, as he ignores the books and the newspapers displayed in the fridge…yes, in the fridge, as if they were frozen, downgraded by the ruling TV. In the past people after supper used to join the neighbours and make talks sitting in the patio, or just relax reading a book. Nobody can deny that nowadays things are quite different. The aim of this work is not to criticize, but to invite people to cultivate true relationships – with other people and themselves as well - rather than vegetate watching whatever reality show.
