The work is composed of 9 panels 50x70cm made with pure pigments on 350 grams of cotton paper stretched on canvas, this process doubles its strength and does not need to be protected by the glass also because they already have a protection from UV rays.
As in the symbolism the goddess seems carried by the wind, is wrapped in a long robe agitated by the wind, with the knee flexed in the race ready to take flight, resting only the tip of the foot on a symbolic globe, the arm raised and then the body inclined on the opposite side. In the work everything refers to this statuary vision but the body of the goddess Victoria is missing, it is read, perceived but not there. Typical characteristic of Milena Nicosia.
Milena's paintings are breaths of lights and shadows! Bright and blinding for their purity the paintings retain a special charm that only live viewing can give.
