Motivation by the President of the Jury Mario Soster: "The photo takes two observers to reflect on old images that tell stories of people who have affected the life of the country, bringing out old memories forgotten because of the mind and the convulsed daily life. Even the happy choice of color shade makes the image even more adhering to the express title".
